For as long as Heidi can remember, she aspired to own her own company. She did not have a preference as to the type of company, she just knew that she would find personal fulfillment in the challenges of owning a company and being her own boss. When the opportunity to purchase Warwick was presented -Heidi jumped at the opportunity! Heidi, along with her partners, became the owners of Warwick in October 2009.They are now the “new” Warwick!Their focus is on providing unmatched customer service and innovative voice and data technology solutions to improve their position as one of Ohio’s technology leaders. Heidi is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Computer Science with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising.She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's.She is extremely proud to be a member of the Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Cleveland Cohort 2 class!Heidi is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) serving on the board previously as a Director and President and she is on the Board of Advisors at St. Mary of the Assumption in Mentor.Heidi resides in Kirtland, Ohio with her husband Tim and two young daughters. Heidi and her family are sports enthusiasts. She enjoys coaching her daughter’s CYO volleyball team and being a cheering fan during basketball and softball seasons. This past September, the family completed their first 5k together.
Leslie McClure, Psy.D., Owner

Dr. Leslie McClure is a clinical psychologist with experience treating and assessing adolescents, adults and older adults. She has postdoctoral training in working with the geriatric population and individuals with chronic health problems. She has helped clients overcome depression, anxiety, grief, job stress and difficult life transitions. Dr. McClure has a special interest in assisting individuals with the challenge of chronic illness. She uses Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing and Interpersonal (relationship based) approaches to promote health and wellness across the lifespan. Dr. McClure also conducts cognitive assessments of memory complaints (dementia) as well as the required pre-surgical evaluation for bariatric and chronic pain surgery candidates. She will coordinate with your physicians to assure your quality of care. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, young sons and three cats.
Lori K. Long, Ph.D., SPHR,

Dr. Lori Long is a professor of management instructing courses in human resources and general management and is also a faculty fellow in the Center for Innovation and Growth. She holds a doctorate in business administration from Kent State University, a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University. She is certified as a senior professional in human resources through the Human Resource Certification Institute. Long is also the president of LK Consulting LLC, a human resource management consulting firm, and she has more than twenty years of experience in the practice of human resource management. Long's research interests include online learning, effective work/life management strategies, developing entrepreneurs and the policy implications of federal employment laws and regulations. Her work has been published in Higher Education Skills and Work-based Learning, The Journal of Human Resources Education, The Journal of Workplace Learning, The International Journal of E-learning, Equal Opportunities International, The Journal of Management Development and several other journals, books, and conference proceedings. She is also the author of "The Parent's Guide to Family Friendly Work" (Career Press, 2007).
