Most of us are familiar with the idea of a board of directors or advisors for our businesses. However, research proves that women executives, in particular women business owners, don't have a small group of individuals, a wisdom circle, focused on their personal leadership growth and development opportunities. This session focuses on identifying what types of members you need, what you ask of your circle, who you already have as a member and how to identify potential members. It will also cause participants to think about their relationships with current mentors or advisors and determine if these are no longer as productive as they had been and potential reasons for the change.

Participants come away with:

  • Tools to map out their network
  • Criteria to evaluate potential and current members
  • Leading practices on how to use a personal wisdom circle from hundreds of entrepreneurs

Agenda:
8:30 - check-in/breakfast/networking
9:00 - workshop
10:00 - Q&A/closing/networking

Facilitator:
