Running a business takes energy—but most women in business are operating on fumes and willpower. This interactive session gives you practical, sustainable strategies to manage your energy like the business asset it is. No diets, no wellness fluff—just evidence-based tools you can use immediately to fuel productivity, maintain focus during demanding seasons, and build health habits that don't fall apart when work gets busy.

What You'll Walk Away With:

  • A framework for identifying your personal energy patterns so you can schedule high-stakes work when you're naturally at your best—not just when it fits your calendar.
  • Simple, flexible nutrition strategies that stabilize energy and focus throughout the day without restrictive rules or meal prepping for hours.
  • A realistic approach to building health habits that actually stick, even during your busiest seasons—because the best plan is the one you can maintain.
  • Practical stress reset techniques you can use between meetings, calls, or client fires to stay sharp when it matters most.

NOTE: Registrants are asked to complete a pre-event survey that is included in your confirmation email.
